At the southern end of the Circular Road, Sialkot, just adjacent to the Bridge Eik Stream, stands a tall building in its poor condition. This is a 100 year old structure known as "Mahtab Manzil" and it lies to the exact opposite of the popular "Tibba Kakazai" in Sialkot city.
Mahtab Manzil was constructed in 1920 and was owned by an Afghan man named Malik Allah Rakha, who was a Malik Kakazai by caste. He had two sons namely; Malik Muzzafar Ali Khan and Malik Sardar Ali Khan. Malik Allah Rakha and Sons were the first ones in Sialkot to work as army contractors in order to provide mess/food services to the British Army during British Raj.
Currently this property belongs to grandsons of Malik Sardar Ali Khan. A person named Mr. Yousuf is utilizing this place for making and trading of "Charpoys".
